"Such an easy, thoughtful gift"
I sent a fruit basket to my aunt for her birthday, she was so happy with it. It looked really fresh, and I don’t know, it just felt a little more personal than sending the usual flowers again. "Felt like I was just a ticket number"
I was hoping this would be a nice surprise for the recipient, but the fruit showed up late and some of it was bruised. When I tried to get it sorted out, the whole experience felt impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of a customer with an actual issue. The recipient wasn’t too happy, neither was I

"Nice overall, but a little messy"
I was in a good mood when the fruit basket arrived, and at first glance it did look nice. The fruit itself seemed fresh and some of it was arranged really well, but a few spots looked kind of rushed or uneven. It wasn’t bad by any means, I just expected the presentation to be a bit neater for the price.

I was in a good mood when the package arrived because the fruit looked so fresh online, but once I opened it, a lot of it was bruised and just looked kind of sad. Definitely not what I was hoping for...

I ordered a fruit basket recently and it turned out nice overall. It arrived on time, looked fresh, and made a good impression. The only thing was, when I was placing the order, I was hoping I could switch out a few items or add something a little more personal, but the customization options felt limited. Not a bad experience at all, just would’ve been even better with a bit more flexibility

"Not what I ordered"
I ordered a fruit basket as a gift, so I was really expecting it to be done right. Unfortunately, the items didn’t match what I picked, and a few things were missing altogether. I have a reasonable standard for gift orders, just send what was selected, so it was disappointing to feel like I received a totally different basket. Not the experience I was hoping for, especially since it was meant for someone else.

I ordered a fruit basket for my sister and was a little suspicious about the delivery timing, since these things don’t always show up when promised. But it actually arrived on the exact day they said it would. Everything was packed nicely, nothing was squished, and the tracking was easy to follow. I’m still a bit surprised it went that smoothly, but I’m happy with it and would probably use them again.

I ordered a gift basket for my aunt who avoids both gluten and dairy, and I wasn’t sure how smooth the process would be. "Nice Basket, But I Felt It Was Overpriced"
I ordered this fruit basket as a gift, and I’ll say it did look nice when it arrived. Everything was packaged well and showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. But when I saw what was actually included, the price just felt too high to me. I understand gift baskets usually cost more for the presentation, but in my experience, this one didn’t feel like the best value

"Beautiful gift box, but wow, the wrapping"
I ordered from Manhattan Fruitier as a gift, when it showed up I was impressed. The box looked classy, the fruit was arranged really nicely, and it had that “yep, this is a proper gift” feeling right away.
Then I started noticing all the wrapping and suddenly I was like, okay, relax, it’s fruit, not a priceless artifact. Still, it looked great overall and made a really nice impression, so I’m happy with it, just wish it was packed a little less heavily.

"Payment kept failing and support went in circles"
I tried checking out a few times, but it just would not take my card even though there was nothing wrong with it. I reached out for help and kept getting passed around or told to try the same basic steps again, so it felt like I was stuck in a support loop with no real fix.

"Pretty basket, but the not-so-fresh fruit stood out"
The basket looked really nice when it showed up, and at first I was happy with it. Some of the apples and pears were fresh and tasted good, so it definitely wasn’t a total miss. But the last thing I noticed was that a few berries were already soft and one of the oranges didn’t seem very fresh, and that kind of stuck with me. Maybe I’m judging it a little more because of that, but for the price I expected everything to feel fresher. Delivery was smooth though

I ordered this for a few client gifts, and overall it was fine. The fruit looked nice and seemed fresh, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the delivery updates were a bit confusing—felt like I checked them maybe 3 or 4 times and still wasn’t totally sure when it would arrive.
